Change Recruitment Group is delighted to be partnering with a leading Accounting in Switzerland to recruit for the position of Internal Audit Manager. Responsibilities
·    Planning internal revisions (operational / strategic) and create the test programs
·    Identify and develop opportunities with new and existing clients
·               Carry out internal audits by customers at home and abroad
·    Submit suggestions for optimizing business processes and are responsible for reporting to the customers
·    For your further development and the deepening of your specialist knowledge, you are offered targeted training, internal and external coaches

Requirements
·    University degree in a relevant subject  
·    CIA training and 5-6 years professional experience in internal audit
·    Expertise in the pharmaceutical / life science industry and / or with industrial companies
·    Strong interpersonal,communication and presentation skills
·    Strong German language skills and strong English language skills
·    Proven track record in the understanding and interpretation of regulation and the implementation of solutions to address regulatory requirement
·    Proven track record of establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients
