I am currently working with a highly regarded construction consultancy that is looking to appoint an experienced Client-Side Project Manager to join their growing team.

The Role
As a Client-Side Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing projects on behalf of a range of clients, coordinating consultants and contractors, and ensuring projects are delivered successfully across scope, programme, quality and budget.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing projects from inception through to completion
• Acting as the key point of contact between clients, consultants and contractors
• Managing project programmes, budgets, procurement and delivery
• Coordinating design teams and external consultants
• Reviewing documentation, progress and project risks
• Managing contractor performance and project reporting
• Providing clients with clear and commercially focused project advice
• Supporting the delivery of remedial and residential projects
• Ensuring projects comply with relevant legislation, approvals and requirements

I am particularly interested in speaking with Project Managers who have experience across:

• Class 2 residential projects
• Remedial construction
• DCP Act / development compliance
• Client-side project management or consultancy environments
• Managing consultants, contractors and key project stakeholders
• Taking projects from early planning/design stages through to completion
