Our client is a well-established Managed Service Provider based in Osborne Park, supporting a diverse range of businesses across Western Australia. They pride themselves on delivering exceptional customer service while investing heavily in the development of their technical team.

The Opportunity

An exciting opportunity has become available for a Level 2/3 Support Engineer to join a collaborative and experienced team.

Working across both support and project delivery, you'll gain exposure to Microsoft cloud technologies, networking, infrastructure, virtualisation and cybersecurity while supporting a diverse portfolio of clients.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to further develop their technical skills within a modern MSP environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver Level 2/3 technical support across multiple client environments.
• Support Microsoft 365, Azure and Windows Server environments.
• Administer Active Directory and Azure Active Directory.
• Configure and troubleshoot networking infrastructure including VPNs, switches, routers and firewalls.
• Support backup and disaster recovery solutions.
• Assist with cloud migrations and infrastructure projects.
• Build strong relationships with clients through onsite and remote support.
• Work collaboratively with senior engineers across project delivery.

Skills & Experience

You'll ideally possess:

• Minimum two years' experience within a Managed Service Provider or similar technical environment.
• Experience supporting Microsoft 365 and Azure.
• Strong Windows Server and Active Directory administration experience.
• Networking experience including DNS, VPNs, switching and routing.
• Exposure to VMware or Hyper-V.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Current Australian Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle.

Microsoft certifications, CCNA or AWS certifications will be highly regarded.
