Working closely with the organisation's workforce this role ensures the timely and accurate input into a busy weekly pay cycle.

The Role

Reporting to the Payroll Manager this role will see you take ownership of the payroll's administration process. Your duties will include:

• Timely and accurate payroll time-sheet processing
• Understanding & interpretation of EBAs and awards
• Ensuring timesheet approvals and authorisations are correct
• Employee database maintenance including the adding of new employees
• Assisting with onboarding
• Payroll compliance
• Testing of payroll processes
• Employee payroll query resolution
• General administration

• Ability to take ownership of a role
• A high degree of accuracy & ability to work to deadlines
• Experience and working knowledge with time & attendance systems (UKG / Kronos an advantage)
• Ability to quickly pick up systems & processes
• Strong attention to detail
