- Lead delivery-focused business analysis for SAP S/4HANA EAM implementation, ensuring business readiness activities and transition requirements are defined and coordinated to support successful adoption.
- Develop and coordinate business readiness deliverables including impacted process identification, analysis and operational support requirements.
- Work with business stakeholders, delivery teams, SMEs and support teams to prepare the organisation for change, confirm business processes, roles, controls and support arrangements are ready for go-live.
- Produce implementation artefacts such as business procedures, transition documents and hypercare support requirements.
- Support business readiness checkpoints, cutover rehearsals, go-live activities and transition to business-as-usual, including hypercare coordination and early-life issue resolution to embed the SAP S/4HANA EAM solution successfully.
