The Role

This is a part time role - 3 days a week. Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.

Playing an integral role within the Corporate Services team, you will help create an exceptional workplace experience by delivering front-of-house services, coordinating meetings and events, supporting workplace facilities, and providing administrative assistance. You'll be the face of the office, ensuring our workspaces are professional, welcoming, and running smoothly for employees, clients, and visitors alike.

No two days will be the same in this diverse role. In addition to supporting front-of-house and workplace operations, you will contribute to the management of the Corporate Services and Travel intranet pages, assist with monthly travel and office attendance reporting, coordinate visitor registrations, and support building maintenance activities.

Your Background and Experience

You are a customer-focused and highly organised professional with experience providing administrative and reception support within a corporate environment. You bring strong verbal and written communication skills and are confident building relationships with stakeholders at all levels. A background in hospitality, customer service, or workplace experience has equipped you with a service-first mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.

You thrive in a fast-paced environment, can effectively manage multiple priorities, and are equally comfortable working independently or as part of a collaborative team. With a proactive approach and strong attention to detail, you take ownership of your responsibilities and are always looking for ways to improve processes and support those around you. Experience with Appspace is highly regarded but not essential.
