Business Overview

The Real Estate team, of over 130+ Real Estate professionals, has deep industry knowledge and property sector expertise across the real estate investment market including funds management, development, asset management and leasing.

The Role

The Analyst, Funds Management is responsible for supporting the Mandates team to achieve or exceed the performance objectives, through timely and insightful analysis, communication and investment decision making.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Develop and maintain constructive working relationships within the business, Joint Venture Alliances, and investors, to optimise decision making, performance and exercise of delegations.
• Work in consultation with Capital Transaction team modelling complex scenarios to ensure decisions are in line with the Fund's investment objectives.
• Manage the existing Cash Flow model, incorporating budget and forecast information and inputs from the quarterly property valuation process. Run sensitivities around capital management, capital transactions, development activity and macro-economic and real estate market factors.

Your Background and Experience

• Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Valuations, Engineering, Economics, Commerce, Finance or similar discipline.
• Strong financial modelling expertise with minimum 2-3 years of experience in undertaking advanced financial analysis and forecasting.
• Demonstrated experience writing, coordinating and project managing investment presentations and papers.
• Interest in applying qualifications and experience to significant operational and capital investment decisions relating to real estate.
