Our client is one of Australia's leading restaurant chains and is currently seeking an experienced permanent Application Support Analyst that is specialised in .NET application support to join their Sydney CBD team.

This is an exciting new role and would suit candidates with proven technical experience in e-commerce and digital marketing systems support. Ideally you would have experience with digital and cloud based technologies: JSON, CMS, .NET and IT Infrastructure Security. Looking for someone who has at least 1 to 2 years application support backgroud.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the technical management and support of Digital Applications, acting as the escalation point of system issues
• Ensure efficient and stable operation of the relevant business applications
• Solving System issues by identifying root causes
• Testing of technical enhancements to the System
• Validate and report on end-to-end transaction services
• Assist in product deployment - taking items from Project to BAU
• Assist with resolution of more complex technical issues as identified by the first line support analysts
• Co-ordination of application upgrades and activities with external vendors and internal teams
• Assist with continual system & process improvements
• Technical documentation
• Working with the application vendors
