An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced ICT Support Officer to join a collaborative and technology-driven organisation based in Sydney CBD. Working within a supportive IT team, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality end-user support while contributing to business systems improvements and technology projects.
Your new role
As an ICT Support Officer, you will provide Tier 1/2 technical support across the organisation, managing incidents and requests through a ticketing platform while supporting Microsoft 365 technologies, user onboarding and offboarding, asset management, and business applications. You will also contribute to automation initiatives, process improvements, and various IT projects.
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience in an ICT Support, Service Desk, Desktop Support, or Technical Support role
- Strong Microsoft 365 administration and troubleshooting experience
- Experience with Zendesk, ServiceNow, or similar ticketing systems
- Knowledge of SharePoint, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), and SaaS applications
- Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and customer service skills
- Excellent problem-solving and organisational abilities
- Exposure to Power Automate, Smartsheet, or Dynamics CRM will be highly regarded
- Sydney CBD location with a collaborative team environment
- Exposure to a broad range of technologies and business systems
