Do work that matters
Reporting to a Senior Manager, you will be working in an Agile environment developing the skills and expertise to achieve mastery of the role as Insights Analyst. You will frequently be required to participate within project teams, receiving direction and support from Managers in other departments.

More Specifically:
  • Support group strategy and their strategic partners through advisory/consultation on the application of decision technology, analytics and data
  • Leverage decision technology, analytics and data to deliver solutions end-to-end, that effective address the needs and challenges faced by the business
  • Pro-actively engage with stakeholders by supplying customer insights which determine appropriate analytics requirements to recommend marketing and customer engagement strategies
  • Implement personalised campaign strategies, across multiple channels
  • Data extraction, manipulation and analysis of customer and other data using analytical and data mining tools
  • Act as an expert in advising and promoting Test and Learn methodologies to ensure quality insights
  • Using advanced business acumen, translate complex business requirements and objectives into technical briefing to support the delivery of data-driven customer communications
  • Strategic analysis of below-the-line (BTL) campaigns and presentation of actionable insight and recommendations to business for future BTL marketing activities
  • Campaign data extraction, manipulation and analysis of customer and other data, using analytical and data mining tools
  • Refine and optimise campaign activities based on post-campaign analysis to maximise campaign profitability or marketing objectives

We want to hear from you if you have:
  • 2+ years relevant experience (preferably in the Financial Services sector) in analytical CRM or customer insights
  • Strong SQL skills and experience dealing with large and complex data sets
  • Strong analytical, numerate and logical reasoning skills
  • Ability to define strategies to improve the effectiveness of the customer contact and customer experience
  • Ability to communicate insights and strategies both in writing and verbally
  • Ability to articulate complex analytical requirements and findings in common non-technical terms
  • Experience with delivering targeted customer communications through Digital Channels including Web, Mobile App, and Programmatic
  • A good understanding of Digital metrics including impressions and CTR data, and the ability to evaluate the effectiveness Digital campaigns to identify opportunities for ongoing optimisation
  • Past experience using Adobe cloud is highly desirable, especially Audience Manager and Test & Target
  • Formal training and certification in SQL, preferably ANSI SQL
  • Degree-level qualification in numeric or business discipline ,
