Business Banking (BB) is a significant division of the Group, supporting large corporates, regional and agribusiness customers, and small businesses across Australia. BB contributes approximately $4bn in profit and generates around $10bn in annual revenue.
As a Manager, Decision Support, you'll play a key role in providing commercial insights, financial analysis and strategic decision support to senior stakeholders across Business Banking. Working within BB Finance, you'll partner closely with the business, Group Finance and M&A teams to assess strategic investments, transactions and performance opportunities.

Your impact
You will:
- Provide commercial analysis and insights to support strategic decision making across Business Banking.
- Assess strategic investments and transactions, including partnering with M&A and key business stakeholders.
- Build and maintain robust financial models to evaluate opportunities and business outcomes.
- Deliver high-quality analysis and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Prepare executive-level presentations that communicate complex information clearly and succinctly.
- Conduct performance and peer analysis to identify trends, opportunities and risks.
- Build strong partnerships across Finance and the broader business to support aligned outcomes.
- Contribute to a proactive risk culture by identifying, understanding and managing risk in all activities.
We're interested in hearing from people who have
- Experience in transactions, corporate finance, investment analysis, commercial finance or FP&A environments.
- Advanced Excel and financial modelling expertise, with demonstrated experience building and reviewing financial models.
- Strong commercial acumen and an ability to understand key business drivers and assess strategic opportunities.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly, accurately and concisely.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, exercise sound judgement and deliver outcomes with minimal supervision.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and critical-thinking capability.
- Proven experience managing and influencing senior stakeholders.
- Degree qualifications in Finance, Commerce, Economics, Business or a related discipline.
- CA, CPA, CFA or equivalent professional qualification.
