Join a global consultancy firm in their Sydney CBD office as a Reward Manager
Your new company
You will join a global consultancy firm in their Sydney CBD office that operates in more than 100 countries across the world as their new Reward Manager.

Your new role
As a Reward Manager you will be responsible for:

Developing the remuneration models
Liaising with senior stakeholders
Be a mentor to the rest of the team
Making sure that reward plans align with company strategies and objectives
Delivering projects over the clients
Optimising the rewards plans so that they adjust to stakeholders' expectations

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful for the Reward Manager role you will demonstrate previous relevant experience in reward and performance, desirable in a professional services industry. You will have strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and expertise working with a range of clients from different industries.
