Join a leading organisation undertaking a major digital transformation program focused on enhancing customer engagement and service delivery through Salesforce technology. As the program enters its final delivery phase, you will play a key role in ensuring solution quality and business readiness ahead of go-live.
Your new role
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud Functional Consultant to support the testing and validation of a large-scale Salesforce implementation. You will review existing test cases, identify functional gaps, recommend improvements to test coverage, and execute testing activities to ensure the solution meets business requirements. You will also support UAT activities and provide functional expertise throughout the final stages of delivery.
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Functional Consultant
- Strong understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud functionality and best practices
- Experience reviewing, writing, and executing test cases
- Strong UAT and defect management experience
- Ability to identify functional gaps and provide practical recommendations
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Experience working on large-scale Salesforce implementation or transformation programs is highly regarded
- Competitive daily rate of $950-$1,000 + super
- Contract through to 18 December 2026
- Sydney/ Hybrid working arrangement with 2-3 days WFH per week
