Better requires process, discipline, and simplification
In this role, you'll be required to oversee several large and complex projects across a variety of WU departments and geographical regions. You'll be a capable leader, with the ability to motivate and direct a project team remotely. You'll also be expected to drive continuous improvement of Project Management standards, tools and processes. Your excellent networking and people skills will allow you to build and continuously develop effective professional relationships across all levels and disciplines within the Western Union organisation.

For you to be successful in this role, we expect you to have progressive project management experience. This will include managing a portfolio of projects, and a mix of large-scale and smaller projects. A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, or similar would be an advantage. We would expect you to have relevant project management qualifications and an affinity with modern technology in a business environment. You will also have proven experience in process improvement and productivity (preferably with track record in Lean or Six Sigma). Previous experience of lean and agile working methodologies is also desirable.
