Financial Services-Consultant (DCX/Finance Risk & Compliance) Banking and/or Insurance (2017 – G11)

As a Consultant Digital Customer Experience/Finance Risk & Compliance within Capgemini Consulting you will help clients to optimize banking/insurance 'front office' capabilities through the implementation (people, process and technology) of advanced marketing capabilities (e.g. Social, Mobile, Analytics, CRM). Help clients to understand how to develop their 'middle and back office' capabilities and end to end operating models, by deploying new digital technologies and innovation.

Professional Experience

- 1 to 3 years of professional experience in the FS industry
- Functional knowledge of banking and/or Insurance processes
- IT affinity
- Project Management skills (Prince II or similar qualified is a +)
- Entrepreneurial mindset
- Results-oriented, can-do mentality
- Very strong & well developed interpersonal skills
- Fluent in Dutch, French and English

Educational Background

- A business related Master
- Fluent in Dutch, French and English

Personal Skills

- Outstanding presentation skills and experience of delivering to Senior Management and CxO
- Ability to empathize with clients in politically challenging environments and to work under pressure and with demanding timeframes/deadlines
- Strong interpersonal skills with high levels of enthusiasm and a good team player
- Whilst Brussels as an office base location, fully flexible in terms of assignment location, as these role may involve periods of time away from home at short notice.
