Role Description

This is a newly created role has been developed in order to
  • Deliver new business to allow achievement of long-term growth strategy (new customer acquisition and new platforms in existing clients) focusing on financial institutions in France.
  • Harvest business that is: reputable, high-profit, high-growth; aligned with our business model and product proposition ('manage the quality of our business')
  • Formulate a repeatable and robust sales process

Specific Responsibilities
  • To develop and lead the delivery of the regional sales strategy for FNZ, delivering agreed sales and revenue targets for all products and services
  • Primarily responsible for new customer business / major incremental platform business in existing clients
  • To grow and develop the business in France, leveraging existing FNZ relationships and developing new clients through your network
  • Research and promote development of new systems and services in order to improve client experience, operational efficiency, cost reduction and risk reduction
  • Ensure customer satisfaction with the solution
  • Follow sales process new business approval
    • Business opportunity qualification
    • Quote/financial/business case
    • Adhere to Risk & Compliance policies
    • Product Compliance
    • Is this implementable? (Technically feasible? Do we have delivery capacity?)
    • Service model qualification/approval (including do we have the capacity?)

  • Evidence of success in developing and implementing a sales/business development strategies for France, ideally in FS or FinTech
  • A strong network across the C suite/Exec level of our target audience of Financial institutions
  • Proven experience closing multi-year six-figure-plus agreements with executives at prospective clients
  • Evidence of success in building and maintaining a broad network of internal and external stakeholder relationships leading to commercial opportunity
  • Track record of successfully identifying new commercial/sales opportunities and capitalising on these.
  • Have an analytical approach with the ability to conceptualize issues to assist with problem-solving
  • Have a high level of understanding of country & regulatory principles and rules
  • Evidence of success in building, leading, and managing a team
  • Advanced communication and influencing skills and the ability to convince through personal credibility
  • Goal/target-oriented
  • Self-motivated, ability to work independently
  • Highly organised and able to cope with multiple large-scale responsibilities
  • Evidence of successfully managing multi-country financial plans
  • Native French speaker & fluent English
