p to horsper week in the area of Global Mobility.



Or global HR team processes and pilots global HRprojects to ensre best practice development for all aspects of peopleoperations, compensation, benefits and international people mobility programs. Yowill spport or global HR operations team and collaborate with local HRcolleages in more than 3 contries.



Ideally, yo arestill enrolled for at least another
1 months and can spport s throghotthis period.

How yo will create an impact:

Yo contribte to global HR projects (e.g., rewards, global mobility, people experience) and assist in day-to-day team activities.

Yo coordinate the international assignment program for high potentials, inclding planning, commnication, and administrative tasks.

Yo assist in managing internal applications and maintaining HR system data, working with global and local HR colleages as well as external partners.

Yo take responsibility for designing process flows, evalating data, and preparing stakeholder commnications on mobility topics.

Yo help organize workshops, meetings, and information sessions related to mobility topics.

Yo contribte to creating and pdating gidelines, presentations, and reference materials, and spport vendor management for mobility and relocation services.

Abot yo:

Yo are a bachelor's or master's stdent stdying economics, hman resorces, psychology, or a similar sbject.

Yo have gained initial work or internship experience, preferably in an HR-related area.

Yo commnicate flently in English, both written and spoken; German and other langages are a pls.

Yo are proficient in MS Office applications (Otlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Yo show a high level of motivation for HR topics and bring strong organizational and commnication skills.

Yo work independently, reliably, and with attention to detail in an international environment.
