We are seeking a highly motivated and driven AVP to join a premier tier-one global financial institution's Structured Finance division. This role focuses on origination, client coverage, and execution of real estate financing and structured debt solutions targeting Korean sponsors, institutional investors, and real estate funds.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in expanding the bank's Korean franchise, driving high-value structured finance sales while leveraging a balance sheet and regional platform across APAC.

Key Responsibilities

• Sponsor & Fund Coverage: Manage and expand high-level relationships with South Korean real estate fund managers, private equity sponsors, Asset Management Companies (AMCs), and institutional investors.




• Origination & Sales: Drive deal origination across real estate financing, loan syndications, structured debt, and bespoke capital solutions for both domestic Korean assets and outbound cross-border deals.




• Deal Execution: Partner with credit, risk, and product desks to structure, negotiate, and execute complex, high-margin real estate transactions.




• Market Intelligence: Monitor Korean real estate market dynamics, capital flows, and regulatory trends to capture emerging investment trends.




• Cross-Regional Collaboration: Work alongside regional coverage hubs (Seoul, Hong Kong, Singapore) to deliver cross-sell opportunities across the firm's global network.

Qualifications & Experience

• Experience: 4–8 years in Real Estate Finance, Sponsor Coverage, Structured Finance, or Real Estate Debt/Funds within an investment or commercial bank.




• Industry Network: Strong local network and coverage track record with Korean real estate sponsors, GPs, and institutional asset managers.




• Technical Skills: Robust command of real estate financing structures, loan syndication, debt capital markets, and credit modeling.




• Languages: Native-level fluency in Korean paired with professional business proficiency in English.




• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field.
