Account Executive, Alternative Investments (Hong Kong)

Your Role
As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving business growth within the Alternative Investments sector across Hong Kong, covering Private Equity, Venture Capital, Private Real Estate, Private Credit, and Hedge Funds. You will develop and execute sales strategies, identify and engage key decision-makers, manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through to contract negotiation and closure, and build long-term relationships with clients. In addition, you will maintain a strong sales pipeline, deliver solution presentations, collaborate with internal stakeholders, and achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
What You'll Need to Succeed
To succeed in this role, you will hold a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and possess at least 3 years of B2B sales experience managing the full sales cycle, preferably within financial software, SaaS, or technology solutions. You will demonstrate excellent communication and presentation skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin, with a proven ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders. Experience exceeding sales targets, managing complex sales processes, utilising established sales methodologies, and working effectively within a collaborative team environment will be highly advantageous.
