Administration Officer – Group Risk Management (Corporate Security)
Job Responsibilities: - Provide full spectrum of accounting and administrative support to the Corporate Security team
- Perform general accounting duties including procurement requests, process invoices, documentations / filing, budgeting, accrual, forecast reporting, and asset list maintenance.
- Perform administrative duties including word processing, copying, scanning of documents and filing
- Liaising with internal teams on agenda items, documentation and conflict information
- Drafting of formal agenda from template
- Maintaining meeting minutes records
- Perform any other administrative duties as assigned by supervisor
Job Requirements: - University Degree, preferably in Accounting or related disciplines
- At least 5 years of accounting and/or administrative experience in serving in a well-established organization
- Organized, attentive to detail, and with the ability to multi-task
- Able to communicate effectively in both written and spoken English and Chinese. Proficiency in Putonghua an advantage
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
