Due to business expansion, a FinTech provider of AI solutions to Investment Managers is now looking for an Application Support Manager. As this is the first hire for the team there will be opportunities to help build and manage the team as the business expands

Responsibilities:

  • Incident management for application and platform related issues
  • Coordinate with internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues to improve platform stability
  • Identify potential platform risks and propose ongoing improvement plans

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in an IT related discipline or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of experience in application support, ideally gained from a software vendor
  • Familiar with incident management tools i.e. JIRA, ServiceNow, Salesforce etc.
  • Experience with ElasticSearch and Kibana highly preferred
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin is a MUST
