This role bridges strategic procurement with financial governance-ensuring full compliance, optimizing CAPEX/OPEX spend, and building strong cross-functional partnerships across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
IT Procurement & Contract Lifecycle Management
- Lead the drafting, execution, and lifecycle management of all IT procurement contracts, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and legal/regulatory standards.
- Streamline day-to-day procurement operations, maintaining precise documentation, tender decision logs, and contract inventory records for ongoing maintenance and software renewals.
- Support the IT budgeting process, including preparation, tracking, variance analysis, and reporting to ensure strict adherence to allocated budgets.
- Oversee and refine accounting procedures for CAPEX, OPEX, and project-based financial operations, ensuring key deliverables and milestones are met.
- Prepare regular financial updates, contract inventories, and risk assessments for senior management review.
- Partner with cross-functional teams-including Legal, Finance, IT, and Operations-to ensure compliance with contract terms and proactively resolve supplier/deliverable issues.
- Maintain strong, professional relationships with external vendors, suppliers, and internal department heads.
- Execute ad-hoc operational assignments and special projects as requested by leadership.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of relevant corporate experience, including proven supervisory experience within a sizable organization.
