Assistant Manager, e-Banking (Mobile Channel Development)
Responsibilities
- Formulate and implement new mobile and online initiatives with the aim to deliver best-in-class product selection, features and usability
- Manage mobile and online channel/ new projects with multiple stakeholders from initiation to post-implementation
- Lead quality assurance process for mobile and online channel projects on planning, resources and execution management
- Coordinate internal business stakeholders and external vendors on new product and service launch
- Identify business potential that could uplift channel capability and sales momentum
- Ensure timely and quality project deliverables
Requirements
- Degree holder in Business Administration / Marketing / Information Technology or related discipline
- Minimum 3 years' work experience in e-Banking channel management gained from sizable multi-national financial institutions
- Keen interest in new digital technologies and trends
- Good business acumen with sound knowledge of banking and financial products
- Strong leadership, project management, people and communication skills; able to motivate others to strike for excellence
- Experience in Web/Mobile UIUX design and proficiency in UI/UX tools such as Adobe CC Photoshop, illustrator, etc. is an advantage
- Self-motivated, result oriented, meticulous and able to work under pressure
- Capable of working independently as well as being a team player
- Proficiency in English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Putonghua)
- Fresh graduates or candidates with less experience will also be considered
