Assistant Mgr/Mgr - Digital Merchandising (eCommerce)
We are urgently seeking for a motivated and experienced Assistant Manager / Manager - Digital Merchandise, to be a part of the Greater China E-Commerce team to support the online business growth and strategic development. He/She will work closely with cross-functional teams within the company as well as with external online partners/accounts to effectively manage and execute the project and/or thrid-party selling partnership programs for Hong Kong.

Responsibilities:
    \t
  • Manage the digital content planning in collaboration with Greater China E-Commerce team, APAC Merchandising and Marketing/Creative teams
  • \t
  • Maintain and develop non-product pages, campaign pages, and other ad-hoc pages to support marketing, brand, operational, and eCommerce goals
  • \t
  • Support and execute improvements to navigation, site search and filtering to improve case of product discovery
  • \t
  • Support and execute strategies, collaborating with internal & external teams
  • \t
  • Support and execute content initiatives online to achieve uplifts in revenue, conversions, and average order size, improve the user experience, and support cross-channel consistency
  • \t
  • Interface with eCommerce, Marketing & Merchandising teams to gather assets and direction needed to implement content strategies that drive brand engagement, user interaction and ensure consistency in brand voice
  • \t
  • Utilize site analytics to drive daily decisions about content placement and presentation
  • \t
  • Participate in education/training sessions for the E-Commerce Production Information and Content Management System
  • \t
  • Assist the eCommerce UAT team in testing deployments to ensure optimal user experience
  • \t
  • Perform competitive and industry research to understand consumer needs, emerging trends, and best in class eCommerce content
Requirements:
    \t
  • University Degree in related discipline
  • \t
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing or eCommerce
  • \t
  • Strong attention to details with an ability to work under pressure, meeting tight deadlines and producing excellent work
  • \t
  • Solid experience working closely with top management and third-party vendors
  • \t
  • Results oriented with a strong work ethic
  • \t
  • Online savvy with curiosity and enthusiasm for digital and media trends
  • \t
  • Keen eye for style and design with ability to quickly learn best practices for user experience and interaction, website navigation, hierarchy and content
  • \t
  • Knowledge of SEO principles, HTML and Photoshop skills is a plus
  • \t
  • Energetic and highly productive with a positive attitude and passion for merchandising and eCommerce
  • \t
  • Strong time and project management skills
  • \t
  • Good strategic mindset, coordination skills, and able to share strategic ideas
  • \t
  • Familiar with Hong Kong market trend/knowledge
  • \t
  • Strong analytical, communication & interpersonal skills
  • \t
  • Fluent in spoken and written Chinese and English
