Assistant Risk & Compliance Manager

Responsibilities:

• Monitor all risk and compliance matters related to the operations of non MPF businesses 
• To develop, maintain and implement a range of risk and compliance programmes and activities mainly for private trusts business
• Perform compliance review and conduct audits on operating units and service providers
• To provide risk and compliance advice in respect of existing and new regulatory requirements and to assess the potential impact
• Provide support to bank-wide risk and compliance reporting matters
• Take up any ad hoc compliance related tasks

Requirements:

• University graduate, preferably in business, acounting, or any relevant disciplines
• Experience in audit or compliance field preferred
• Good knowledge of pension and trust business
• Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements on MPF, ORSO, AML, FATCA and CRS regulations is an advantage
• Detail-minded with good working attitude, interpersonal and analytical skills
• Excellent in both spoken and written English and Chinese
• PC literate with good knowledge of MS Office
