Associate/AVP, AML Compliance, Foreign Corporate Bank

Overview

A fast-growing foreign corporate bank is currently seeking an Associate/AVP, AML Compliance for the legal and compliance department to perform compliance operating and monitoring functions.

Role Responsibilities

• Working in the legal and compliance department, you will be responsible to update changes and new developments from time-to-time to ensure compliance with applicable AML/CFT laws and regulations
• Update changes and new developments from time-to-time to ensure compliance with applicable sanctions laws and obligations
• Coordinate day-to-day preliminary clearance as to sanctions required by Head Office and comply relevant requirement for recording and storing of screening evidence
• Draft AML/CFT MIS reports also provide advisory and program to internal stakeholders of the branch

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or above holder in Accounting/Finance/Business/Legal/Economics or other related disciplines is preferred
• At least 2-4 years of experience in AML from corporate banking is a must
• Proficiency in English and Cantonese
• Open-minded individuals who are willing to initiate changes and improvements for better performance
