- Responsible for developing overseas customer markets, covering the commodity trading needs of financial institutions, corporate clients, and general investment institutions.
- Identify and analyse client demand and investment objectives; design and propose customized products, solutions, and strategies.
- Support distribution of swaps, options, and structured hedging solutions in collaboration with trading and structuring teams; work closely with trading, risk, compliance, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Regularly revisit existing clients, synchronize client situations and market dynamics internally, address personalized client demands, enhance client retention, and track the entire trading lifecycle.
- Support client onboarding and ongoing account management in line with KYC/AML requirements.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline updates, and client activity reporting.
- Participate in industry events and client meetings as part of broader business development efforts.
- Adhere to the compliance/operational risk framework to ensure all regulatory or company policies are complied with.
- Master's degree or above in finance, economics, science, or engineering-related fields.
- Experience covering overseas macro fund customer markets, possessing overseas customer resources in Hong Kong, Singapore, or London, and familiarity with the commodity market.
- Strong team collaboration, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, with excellent English listening, speaking, reading, and writing abilities.
- Strong adaptability and stress resistance, capable of independent business development, and able to accommodate frequent business travel.
