Our client is a leading financial institute. This is a permanent in-house opportunity working within the Digital Development team involving with the latest trends.

Responsibilities:

  • In charge of taking User Requirements analysis for digital projects, bridge the gap between technology, design and product management team
  • Participate in end-to-end BA cycle, user story writing, requirement gathering and documentation
  • Participate and perform system analysis, design and implementation align with industry standard
  • Drive the design, review of test cases, manage project’s scope and acceptance
  • Analyse pattern and trends on positive/negative of customer behaviour
  • Take initiative in resolving issues in a timely manner

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree holder in Business or related disciplines
  • 3+ experiences in Business Analyst role in handling Digital Project (App or Web)
  • Preferable from financial industries (Insurance or Banking)
  • Experience in Agile Methodology and tools (JIRA or Confluence) is a plus
  • Fluent communication skills in Chinese and English
  • Candidates with more experience and will be considered for a senior role
