Main Responsibilities:

1. Plan, track, and manage project milestones, coordinate cross-functional tasks
2. Assist to define user requirements, write specifications, and manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
3. Works closely with Business Units to identify key drivers to enhance project prioritization workflow and process streamline approaches
4. Oversee production deployment, system migration, and post implementation reviews
5. Bridge communication gaps between business units and IT, manage stakeholder engagement, and drive change adoption
6. Continuously support the bank for driving customer centricity, process excellence, and resources optimization that align with the Bank’s Medium Term Strategy
7. Promotes new thinking, creative solutions and ways of working to address issues and mitigate risks

Incumbent Requirements:

1. University degree in Business, Computer Science, Information technology and/or related disciplines
2. Minimum of 3-5 years of business analyst experience with at least 2-3 years of relevant experience in managing operations or technology in the banking or financial industry
3. Strong understanding of program and project management principles, methodologies and frameworks, especially those designed to be scaled at the enterprise level
4. Process oriented with solid experience in policies and procedures establishment, operational control, quality assurance, compliance monitoring and risk management
5. Strong sense to identify risk and issues, and ability to work to achieve goals while overcoming obstacles
6. Strong orchestration and design-thinking ability
7. Motivation to initiate ideas and to formulate plans
8. Good influencing skills. Ability to identify and connect with stakeholders, and get collective buy-in
9. Strong interpersonal skills
10. Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese
11. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to adapt the style to suit the audience
12. Good team player striving for team success and win-win results
