Our client, a leading financial is looking for a Citrix Support Manager to lead their Asia Citrix Service on-going operational support. Fantastic opportunity for a senior engineer with managerial responsibility to join a fast-growing firm.

Responsibilities: 

  • Provide Citrix technical leadership and operational support for Citrix technologies and activities across Asia countries.
  • Lead the regional team and provide guidance to engineers for daily technical support issues. 
  • Maintain a system monitoring model to support and maintain a stable operating environment. 
  • Evaluate existing system configurations and issues, with improvement plans and implementations. 
  • Provide and maintain documentation to the technical team members on knowledge database and service level improvements. 
  • Constantly review and evaluate with team members on services improvements. 
  • Enhance the team and service efficiency by reviewing and improve the work procedures and automated the system workflows whenever possible. 
  • Communicate with other technical teams on providing system improvement and introduction projects. 

Basic Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in enterprise infrastructure engineering experience. Ideally with team leadership experience in a global firm setup. 
  • Technical knowledge of Citrix Presentation Server, Citrix application delivery systems (application virtualization and application streaming), Citrix Presentation Server Console, Citrix Access Console. 
  • Technical skills and experience in Citrix XenApp installation, configuration, monitoring, troubleshooting and maintenance. 
  • Experience in Citrix Xenapp triaging, deployment of new software, upgrades to application code and troubleshooting. 
  • Experience managing large enterprise-level with 100+ Citrix servers. 
  • Experience implementing XenApp. 
  • Experience in Citrix Integration with Active Directory, 
  • Certifications in Citrix Certified Advanced Administration (CCAA), Citrix Certified Enterprise Engineer (CCEE) or / and Citrix Certified Integration Architect (CCIA) 
  • Excellent communications skills in English.
