AML Compliance Manager - Compliance Review Department (Job ID: 3885)
Responsibilities
- Prepare annual compliance review plan
- Conduct compliance reviews and self-assessments
- Prepare regular management reports on compliance updates and issues
- Provide recommendations to strengthen the Bank’s control framework and follow up the implementation of recommendations given
- Communicate regularly with AMLD/CECD on latest regulatory updates, review methodology and issues identified to enable benchmarking and read across within the group
- Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned
Requirements
- University graduate, with minimum 6 years’ working experience in the financial services industry with compliance / audit / risk management / internal control experience
- Relevant qualification in CAMS, ECF (AML&CFT) Core Level, etc. will be an advantage
- Sound and all-rounded knowledge with respect to various aspects in assigned responsible business units/AML&CFT
- Strong understanding of HKMA regulatory and legislative obligations and industry guidance
- Good presentation and report writing skills
