Responsibilities:
- Work as a team to liaise with regulators on compliance review and regulatory reporting
- Manage licensing matters and regulatory filings in Hong Kong, Singapore and Cayman Islands
- Implement and execute compliance policies and procedures such as AML, annual compliance review etc
- Update the firm and senior management on the latest compliance industry practice and provide internal training
- Liaise with service providers such as compliance consultancy firm, maintain compliance records and KYC documentation
- Collaborate with business teams and support the firm’s compliance initiatives
Key requirements:
- Bachelor degree in business or other discipline
- At least 4 years of compliance experience in asset management industry such as private equity funds
- Good knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements
- Excellent English and Chinese languages
- Meticulous, diligent, quick learner
- Organized, multi-tasking, team-player
- Good communication and presentation skills
