Role Overview

The successful candidate will join an established Operation team of 20, drive data operation and revenue settlement. The primary mission of this role is to strengthen operational workflows, establish standardized data validation divisions, and ensure seamless, accurate quarterly revenue distribution cycles and day-to-day data clearing house operations.

Core Responsibilities

• Cycle Management: Monitor, validate, and process quarterly transactional distribution cycles, ensuring collected revenue are accurately allocated to the respectative stakeholders based on structured utilization datasets.
• Data Ingestion & Verification: Ensure complete data accuracy for quarterly operational close cycles by managing incoming usage logs, tracking sheets, and proprietary performance identification frameworks.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Interface directly with external partners to collect missing usage reports, maintain regular follow-ups, and guarantee the timely receipt of operational data.
• Data Transformation: Gather high-volume data from disparate sources and synthesize it into actionable information to significantly accelerate processing cycles.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with internal Documentation, IT, and Commercial departments to streamline automated data flows and optimize system performance.
• System Testing: Support the functional testing, validation, and troubleshooting of new data solutions during system deployment and platform upgrades.
• Inquiry Resolution: Act as an escalation point to handle complex distribution-related and daily operational inquiries from members and external partners.

Candidate Requirements

• Education: University degree holder in any business, quantitative, or analytical discipline.
• Experience: 3-5+ years of relevant experience as Data Analyst
• Technical & Soft Skills: * Exceptional problem-solving capabilities paired with an extreme attention to detail, accuracy, and structural consistency.
• Experience in high-volume data reconciliation, complex data (online and offline is best) matching, tracking utilization logs, and cyclical clearing/payout operations
• Hands on in develop and maintain billing pipeline. Ensure zero-error data delivery through data validation.
• Experiece in building quarterly reports and dashboard, derive data into insight and present findings to senior management and C-level. Hands on with Tableau is a plus.
• Fast learner, strong multi-tasking and time management skills to routinely hit hard operational deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin) and English
• Possess Mainland experience is a plus
• Residency: Must hold valid Hong Kong working rights (Permanent Residents or valid visa holders, e.g., IANG/ TTPS).
