Responsibilities:

1. Managing delta one front-to-back execution processes for trades in coordination with support areas;
2. Monitoring desk PnL, risk, financing, funding and liquidity risk; quantitatively optimize inventory, hedging strategies and index tracking under changing market conditions;
3. Working with various sell side and buy side clients in achieving synthetic prime brokerage solutions tailored to investor needs;
4. Partnering effectively with various external and internal stakeholders to deliver commercially impactful solutions and adapting products, business to the market and regulatory environment;
5. Understanding and navigating regulatory considerations for the business including tax, accounting, capital etc.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above in Finance, Economics, Business or other relevant majors;
2. 4-8 years of experience in delta-one trading, synthetic prime brokerage, e-trading or a related area with a strong understanding of front-to-back trading workflows;
3. Diligent with high moral values;
4. Detail-oriented and be able to work under pressure;
5. Adaptable to changing business requirements;
6. Taking proactive approach to identify and solve problems for building and developing infrastructure and processes;
7. Relevant SFC licenses (e.g., Type 1 - Dealing in Securities);
8. Fluent in Mandarin & English (spoken and written).
