We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Digital Channel Assistant Manager.

Principal responsibilities

  • ​Work closely with Digital Sales Managers to identify and develop business opportunities to meet key performance metrics
  • Support the development and execution of strategic and tactical distribution development with Product owners, Digital channel owners, Digital channel operating teams and Functional teams Marketing
  • Develop and maintain appropriate reporting and tracking for digital journeys and messaging performance
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive sales reporting to allow tracking of sales performance
  • Drive the improvement of reporting and tracking for origination journeys and sales performance
  • Advise sales team on updates of market trends, competitors landscape, regulatory changes to help respond to emerging customer needs and opportunities
  • Deliver fair outcomes for our customers and ensure own conduct maintains the orderly and transparent operation of financial markets
  • Responsible for establishing agreed strategies with stakeholders in the design and implementation of activity
  • Effectively coordinate and collaborate with the HSBC teams across functions to develop and execute opportunities
  • Work collaboratively across all parts of RBWM and AMH teams.
  • Provide the judgment and expertise across all aspects of area of responsibility.
  • Strong yet approachable, engaging and persuasive personality
  • Build and sustain commitment to long term goals across multiple teams drives people advocacy, trust, confidence and integrity to inspire enthusiasm for achieving these.
  • Identifying key risks, issues and interdependencies and provide appropriate mitigation strategies.
  • Supporting audit or independent programme assessments as required.
  • Work with Operational Risk and other key functions to define the optimal balance between security, customer convenience and work processes.

  • ​Bachelor degree in relevant discipline
  • Highly motivated and achievement driven with an ability to formulate and articulate strategies
  • Well-developed communication, presentation, interpersonal, and influencing skills
  • Ability to cope with pressure in a fast growing and fast moving environment
  • Proven ability to multi task and manage multiple high priority and high profile projects
  • Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills
  • Fluent in written and spoken Chinese and English
