We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Digital Channel Manager, Investment Insights .

Principal responsibilities

  • ​Develop digital distribution strategy for Wealth Insights
  • Source necessary Insight content with CVM & Wealth teams
  • Create targeted customers segments with CRM
  • Create & launch personal and relevant digital messages with VADM
  • Measure performance with Analytics and Optimization, iterate as necessary to optimize metrics
  • Deliver fair outcomes for our customers and ensure own conduct maintains the orderly and transparent operation of financial markets
  • Worked closely with AMH Digital Channel, AMH CVM, Global Wealth Insights, Digital as a Channel VADM, Optimization, Content, Risk Teams
  • Work collaboratively across all parts of RBWM and AMH teams.
  • Provide the judgment and expertise across all aspects of area of responsibility.
  • Strong engaging persuasive personality while approachable and not arrogant.
  • Build and sustain commitment to long term goals across multiple teams
  • Drives people advocacy, trust, confidence and integrity to inspire enthusiasm for achieving these.
  • Identifying key risks, issues and interdependencies and provide appropriate mitigation strategies.
  • Supporting audit or independent program assessments as required.
  • Responsible for ensuring goals are achieved at specified cost.
  • Work with Operational Risk and other key functions to define the optimal balance between security, customer convenience and work processes.

  • ​Degree holder in Business, Marketing or related field
  • Digital media or digital commerce expertise
  • Strong experience using data to drive strategy
  • Strong commercial orientation with the ability to leverage data and analytics to gain insights.
  • Background in Finance and Investment products preferred
  • Proven ability to navigate and deliver results in a matrixed organization.
  • High level of influence and personal gravitas.
