We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Digital IT Delivery Lead.

Principal responsibilities

  • ​Provide ASP in region oversight and holistic management of digital service delivery and operation
  • Connect specialists in all related disciplines and experts in HK and ASP markets to conduct diagnosis and solve cross teams challenges and issues, in particular those specific to markets
  • Advise on local and regional trends and practices. For example customers, partners, service providers, competitors, compliance and regulatory as well as surrounding backend systems integration which are the essential elements to land the global systems to markets.
  • Ensuring adherence to governance procedures and significant contribution to process improvement.
  • Considering risk implications in all decisions and activities through a good understanding of business activity, opportunities and threats.
  • Ensure that problems are managed at peer level, and escalated efficiently with the minimum disruption to the business.
  • Adopt and share standards, tools, best practices, principles for cost, quality and productivity improvement.
  • Maintain good exposure and develop knowledge in new techniques, products, services, technologies and standards


Qualifications
Requirements
  • ​University degree in computer science, information technology, related discipline or equivalent experience
  • In depth experience of Internet, Mobile and Digital Experience delivery with a working knowledge of agile methodologies.
  • Strong IT Leadership, managing matrix project teams both regionally and globally, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team or on an individual basis
  • Knowledge with domestic trends in terms of Store Value Facility, and technology being used in the context of online payment, Person to Person or Person to Merchant
  • Vendor management experience is definitely an advantage.
  • Availability to undertake the travel required for this role as required.
  • CI, CD tools such as Confluence, Jira, Jenkins, Git, GitHub, Stash, SonarQube, Performance centre
  • Spring and Tomcat
  • PaaS, IaaS, Pivotal Cloud Foundry, AWS, Mule API gateway
  • DevOps processes and experience
  • Strong understanding of lean and agile methods of software delivery and the principles and practices of BDD, ATDD and TDD
  • Agile methodologies, Scrum, Kanban, Lean UX, XP
