As part of its continued digital transformation journey, the firm is seeking a Digital Marketing Strategy Manager to drive the evolution of its digital platforms and enhance engagement across investor touchpoints.

Reporting to senior leadership, the Digital Marketing Strategy Manager will play a key role in shaping and executing the firm's digital strategy across websites, mobile applications, and client-facing digital platforms. This individual will partner closely with Marketing, Product, Technology, Compliance, and business stakeholders to deliver a seamless and data-driven digital experience.

• Develop and execute digital marketing and platform strategies that support business growth, client engagement, and brand positioning.
• Lead website and mobile app enhancement initiatives, ensuring an intuitive and best-in-class user experience.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into clear digital solutions and project roadmaps.
• Define strategic requirements, success metrics, KPIs, and acceptance criteria for digital initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to manage end-to-end digital projects from concept through implementation.
• Monitor digital platform performance and user behavior, leveraging analytics and insights to drive continuous improvement.
• Work closely with UX/UI, technology, and content teams to optimize customer journeys and enhance digital engagement.
• Ensure all digital initiatives comply with relevant regulatory and compliance requirements within the financial services industry.
• Stay informed on emerging digital trends, technologies, and industry best practices to identify opportunities for innovation.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Media, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in digital strategy, digital experience management, website management, mobile applications, or digital platform enhancement.
• Proven track record of delivering digital transformation or platform improvement projects.
• Experience defining business requirements, strategic objectives, KPIs, success measures, and acceptance criteria for digital initiatives.
• Strong understanding of customer experience (CX), user journey mapping, and digital engagement strategies.
• Hands-on experience working with cross-functional stakeholders across business and technology teams.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience within financial services, asset management, wealth management, banking, or other regulated industries is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; Cantonese and/or Mandarin would be advantageous.
