Digital Product Manager (1 year contract)

Principal responsibilities

  • Responsible for project delivery such as project schedules, reporting, budget management and risk management plans etc
  • Drive global projects and sales initiatives to achieve Digital Sales
  • Lead cross functional teams to solve complex business problems and deploy innovative solutions
  • Perform stakeholders management and to interact professionally with diverse group of key decision makers
  • Lead digital channel performance across Internet Banking, Mobile, Tablet and Public Website to maximize revenue generation and business growth for various products and service
  • Review current digital journeys and operation models to maximize sales opportunities and operational efficiency across products

Requirements
  • Product management and digital experience, ideally within consumer finance industry
  • Strong collaborative approach and working with teams over multiple sites
  • Ability to think innovatively, shaping and communicating new concepts
  • A passion as well as a good understanding of technology developments and emerging consumer and industry trends and how they drive digital strategy
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure with competing and rapidly changing priorities
  • Proven ability to articulate complex issues concisely and in simple language
  • Strong understanding, analyzing and interpreting skills when working with information
  • Strong capability in understanding digital analytics, split testing and other user behavior analysis related tools
