A well-established Asian asset manager with a strong global ETF franchise is building out its Hong Kong distribution team. This is a manager-grade, client-facing seat with a genuinely broad remit: covering offshore Chinese financial institutions alongside local and global asset managers, across both the ETF platform and the wider active fund range. Open to distribution talent from asset management, and equally to equity sales professionals from Chinese brokerage houses looking to move buy-side.

What you'll do

1. Drive ETF flows across a diverse book: offshore Chinese FIs, plus local and global asset managers and intermediaries, through roadshows, direct meetings and webinars
2. Deliver market and product commentary to clients on your own or alongside senior leadership, including training sessions with distribution partners
3. Team up with product, portfolio management and research to cross-sell the wider active fund line-up alongside the ETF suite
4. Feed into new product launches and carry client feedback back into the business

What you'll bring

1. 3 to 5 years in either (a) ETF sales or asset management distribution at an asset manager, or (b) equity sales at a Chinese brokerage house with a live institutional book
2. Solid grasp of ETFs and the markets they trade in; enough breadth to be credible discussing active strategies too
3. Trilingual capability, fluent English, Mandarin and Cantonese (all three, not two of three)
4. Sharp presentation and stakeholder skills, plus the commercial instinct to convert conversations into flows
5. A degree in finance, economics, business or similar; bonus points for Bloomberg fluency and confident Excel / PowerPoint craft
