We are looking for a visionary Enterprise Architect to lead the strategic design, end-to-end implementation, and organization-wide scale of our enterprise observability landscape, with Dynatrace at its core.

In this high-impact role, you will bridge the gap between business vision, cloud infrastructure, and operational engineering. You will be responsible for defining the blueprint of our monitoring and observability posture-architecting Dynatrace integrations across hybrid-cloud environments, microservices, containerized platforms (Kubernetes/OpenShift), legacy systems, and third-party ITSM tools.

The Role

• Architecture & Strategy: Define, own, and execute the enterprise observability strategy and technology roadmap, establishing Dynatrace as the core telemetry platform across cloud, on-premises, and SaaS environments.
• End-to-End Implementation: Design and oversee the complete deployment lifecycle of Dynatrace-including OneAgent rollout strategies, ActiveGate topology, OpenTelemetry data ingested pipelines, and custom extension frameworks.
• Ecosystem Integration: Lead integrations between Dynatrace and the broader enterprise IT ecosystem, including ServiceNow (ITSM/CMDB/ITOM), CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab, Harness), communication platforms (PagerDuty, Slack, Teams), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• AI & Automation: Leverage Dynatrace Grail, Davis AI, and AutomationEngine to design automated root-cause analysis, auto-remediation workflows, and predictive anomaly detection across complex dependency graphs.
• Governance & Standards: Establish enterprise monitoring standards, tagging/metadata taxonomy, dashboarding standards, and SLO/SLA/SLI frameworks for product and engineering teams.
• Stakeholder Engagement & Mentorship: Collaborate with C-suite executives, VP-level engineering leaders, and DevOps teams to align technical observability metrics with core business KPIs. Provide architectural guidance to cross-functional engineering teams.

Your Profile

• Experience: 8+ years of experience in Enterprise Architecture, Solutions Architecture, or Cloud Architecture roles, with a focus on enterprise monitoring and performance management.
• Dynatrace Mastery: Hands-on experience designing and executing end-to-end, large-scale Dynatrace implementations from scratch across multi-cloud and hybrid environments.
• Technical Breadth:
• Deep experience with hybrid-cloud infrastructures (AWS, Azure, GCP, VMware).
• Extensive experience with modern container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker, OpenShift, EKS/AKS).
• Strong proficiency with OpenTelemetry standards, log management, trace analysis, and metric ingestion.
• Solid understanding of API architectures (REST, gRPC), event streams (Kafka), and enterprise service buses.
• Integration Expertise: Proven experience configuring bi-directional integrations with ServiceNow, incident management tools, and modern CI/CD deployment pipelines.
• Automation Skills: Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation) for automated Dynatrace configuration and management-as-code.
• Soft Skills: Excellent technical communication, strategic thinking, and the ability to influence senior decision-makers and technical teams alike.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications: Dynatrace Master or Dynatrace Certified Professional certification; TOGAF or AWS/Azure/GCP Solutions Architect certifications.
• Experience migrating legacy APM/monitoring toolstacks (AppDynamics, Datadog, New Relic, Splunk) into a unified Dynatrace ecosystem.
