Job Responsibilities:

  1. Manage overall office administrative work and provide personal assistant support to the Chairman.
  2. Oversee daily administrative affairs including maintaining office environment, office supplies purchase and coordinating meeting arrangements, liaise and negotiate with various vendors and service providers to ensure smooth office operations.
  3. Provide full support to the office assistant, assist in visitors greeting and staff catering services.
  4. Responsible for monitoring staff punctuality and maintain HR attendance and leave records.
  5. Possess the ability to handle multiple tasks independently.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum 5 years of stable work experience in private companies with proven experience in office operations and as a personal assistant to the boss is preferred.
  2. Strong organizational and adaptability skills with strict confidentiality regarding sensitive information.
  3. Diligent, hardworking, highly responsible and accountable.
  4. Good command of spoken and written Cantonese, Mandarin and English.
  5. Experience in handling office renovation is a plus.
