Our client is looking for Financial Controller to join the team.
The Role
- Maintain general ledgers for multiple family investments
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and cash flow forecasts.
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and expense reconciliation.
- Coordinate with external Auditors and tax advisors for annual tax planning and filing.
- Monitor bank accounts, execute wire transfers, and manage capital calls for private investments.
- Streamline and document office operational policies and data management systems.
- Manage relationships with banks, custodians, brokers and other vendors.
- Support the settlement of investments, ranging from Futures, Equities, FX, Hedge funds and Private Equity.
Your Profile
- Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance or related subject
- CPA qualified
- At least 8+ years of relevant working experience in finance
- Family office, small hedge fund or wealth management experience highly preferred.
- Strong self-starter mindset, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to pivot between high-level financial analysis and hands-on administrative tasks.
- Languages in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
