Job Description

Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a visionary strategic plan to elevate the ecosystem from a competition into a premier, globally recognized energy startup platform and accelerator.

Ecosystem & Resource Integration: Actively connect and synergize key resources-including venture capital, industry partners, and real-world application scenarios-to create a thriving environment for energy startups.

Stakeholder Management: Establish and maintain robust collaborations with the ecosystem strategic partners, sponsors, investors, and other relevant stakeholders.

Operational Management: Manage and supervise day-to-day operations, including staff, facilities, incubator programs, events, services and sponsorships.

Brand Advocacy: Represent and promote the ecosystem and its startups at local, national, and international platforms and events. Identify and pursue new opportunities for growth and expansion

Startup Acceleration: Identify, attract, and select high-potential startups. Provide them with strategic guidance, mentoring, funding access, and scenario-matching to accelerate their growth and commercialization.

The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree or higher in business administration, entrepreneurship, innovation, energy-related fields, or equivalent. Minimum 10 years of work experience.
- Startup & VC Acumen: Demonstrated knowledge of the startup lifecycle, business models, and funding mechanisms. Experience in accelerators, venture capital
- Resourcefulness & Networking: Exceptional resource integration capabilities with a proven track record of connecting capital, startups and energy companies.
