Due to continued growth and strategic expansion, they are seeking an experienced institutional sales leader to drive their Greater China franchise and lead a high-performing team.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY

• Lead and develop the Institutional Sales business across the Greater China market.
• Manage and mentor an existing team of institutional sales professionals based in Hong Kong.
• Build and strengthen relationships with institutional investors, asset managers, hedge funds, and professionally managed family offices across the region.
• Drive revenue generation through proactive client coverage, business development, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Partner closely with research, trading, and capital markets teams to deliver value-added solutions for clients.
• Provide market feedback and client insights to help shape research and product offerings.
• Lead client events, roadshows, investor meetings, and other strategic marketing initiatives.
• Play an active role in talent development, succession planning, and hiring the next generation of sales professionals.
• Balance personal client coverage with leadership, coordination, and team management responsibilities.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related discipline.
• Extensive experience within institutional equities sales, preferably covering Greater China markets.
• Strong network across institutional investors, long-only asset managers, hedge funds, and family offices in Greater China.
• Proven track record in revenue generation, client acquisition, and relationship management.
• Demonstrated experience leading, mentoring, and developing sales teams.
• Solid understanding of global financial markets, with strong knowledge of Greater China and broader regional investment trends.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to drive business growth in a competitive market environment.
