As the business continues its growth journey, they are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead the people agenda and support the development of a high-performing workforce.
Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic HR partner to senior leadership, supporting workforce planning and organizational effectiveness initiatives.
- Lead the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, career development, and offboarding.
- Foster a positive, high-performance culture across multiple office locations.
- Advise managers and employees on employment matters, performance management, and workplace relations.
- Oversee compensation and benefits administration, payroll coordination, and employee reward programs.
- Design and implement learning and development initiatives to strengthen leadership and employee capabilities.
- Ensure HR policies, procedures, and practices remain aligned with business needs and regulatory requirements.
- Manage employee records, HR systems, and reporting processes.
- Support business growth initiatives through effective talent acquisition and retention strategies.
- Provide workforce analytics and HR insights to support management decision-making.
- Degree qualified in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline.
- Significant HR generalist experience gained within financial services or another regulated industry.
- Proven experience in a managerial HR role with responsibility across the full employee lifecycle.
- Strong knowledge of Hong Kong employment regulations and HR best practices.
- Experience supporting senior stakeholders and providing commercially focused HR advice.
- Solid understanding of recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and HR operations.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English is essential.
