As the business continues its growth journey, they are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead the people agenda and support the development of a high-performing workforce.

Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic HR partner to senior leadership, supporting workforce planning and organizational effectiveness initiatives.
• Lead the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, career development, and offboarding.
• Foster a positive, high-performance culture across multiple office locations.
• Advise managers and employees on employment matters, performance management, and workplace relations.
• Oversee compensation and benefits administration, payroll coordination, and employee reward programs.
• Design and implement learning and development initiatives to strengthen leadership and employee capabilities.
• Ensure HR policies, procedures, and practices remain aligned with business needs and regulatory requirements.
• Manage employee records, HR systems, and reporting processes.
• Support business growth initiatives through effective talent acquisition and retention strategies.
• Provide workforce analytics and HR insights to support management decision-making.

Requirements

• Degree qualified in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline.
• Significant HR generalist experience gained within financial services or another regulated industry.
• Proven experience in a managerial HR role with responsibility across the full employee lifecycle.
• Strong knowledge of Hong Kong employment regulations and HR best practices.
• Experience supporting senior stakeholders and providing commercially focused HR advice.
• Solid understanding of recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and HR operations.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English is essential.
