Our client is a fast-growing Professional Services M&A platform that acquires, integrates, and scales established firms in finance & accounting, company secretarial, consulting, payroll, and other related services. Through their unique M&A model, they are building a leading regional group that delivers comprehensive professional services solutions to businesses across Hong Kong and Greater China.
As part of their continued expansion, they are looking for a mature and experienced sales leader to join as Head of Sales.
This is a pivotal leadership role focused on uniting and elevating sales capabilities across their growing portfolio of companies. The successful candidate will lead and develop a combined sales team of 8-10 professionals, including managing existing sales talent from the businesses they have acquired.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strong leadership and mentorship to a team of 8-10 sales professionals, fostering collaboration, performance, and cultural alignment across acquired entities.
- Act as the senior representative and face of sales for the Group.
- Drive overall sales strategy and execution across the portfolio of professional services.
- Integrate and optimize sales processes from acquired companies while building a cohesive, high-performing sales organization.
- Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities within the group.
- Work closely with the M&A team on commercial integration of new acquisitions.
- 15-20 years of sales experience in the professional services sector.
- At least 8+ years in a senior sales leadership position (Head of Sales / Sales Director level), managing teams of similar size.
- Strong team leadership charisma with the ability to inspire, unify, and develop sales professionals from different backgrounds and company cultures.
- Deep knowledge of professional services (accounting, company secretarial, consulting, payroll, etc.).
- Post-M&A sales integration experience is highly advantageous.
- China / Mainland working experience is a strong plus.
- Mature, confident, and entrepreneurial mindset.
