If you were coming from an Application Support/ Technical Account Management from vendor side, with exposure in system/ service integration, is however facing bottleneck from supporting only a fixed brands of software/ products - This would be a good role to advance in your career:
Ensuring the payment platform's integration with external parties/ merchants is the main goal of this role. You will proactively monitor the performances/ alerts of integration, perform troubleshoot in order to resolve broken channels or to enhance integration stability/ performances. This position is responsible for ensuring the payment platform's integration with external parties/ merchants. The ideal candidate should have experience of: system/ service integration, worked on vendor side, with a service oriented manner. Experience in payment/ financial services is advantageous.
