This position is reporting to the Senior People & Culture Generalist. As a People & Culture/Office Admin Intern, you are expected to provide operational support for HR function effectively and in an efficient way. You will also be in contact with various stakeholders.

Job requirements

1. Manage office administration, operations, and maintenance (including supplies, housekeeping, name card orders, and new office follow‑ups)
2. Coordinate with vendors on quotations, deliveries, and service requests; support workplace improvement survey and feedback consolidation
3. Assist in organizing internal company events and provide marketing support as needed

Job responsibilities

1. Undergraduate degree. HR/Admin./Marketing intern experience is a plus but not mandatory
2. As a person you need to be passionate about people and motivated to secure good HR compliance.
3. You are resourceful and motivated with the ability to work as part of a team as well as independently.
4. You have a good administrative, communication and documentation skills
5. You are a good team player
6. Relevant education in the Human Resource field
7. Good knowledge in Microsoft office
8. Fluent in spoken and written in English, Cantonese & Mandarin
