Role Summary

Privee Associates is recruiting a Director-level Relationship Manager on behalf of a major international private bank to lead an explicit Philippines offshore desk mandate based in Hong Kong. You will own front-office relationships with Filipino HNW and UHNW clients booked offshore, driving acquisition, deepening, retention, and intergenerational continuity through a high-touch, referral-driven relationship model. This is a book-carrying role for a sophisticated operator who understands both Philippine family culture and Hong Kong private banking operating standards.

The franchise operates to institutional KYC/AML, suitability, and cross-border conduct standards, with comprehensive product and specialist platforms typical of leading Asia private banking operations.

Location & Work Mode

This Hong Kong-based role serves Filipino entrepreneurs, conglomerate and family-office principals, succession-stage families, and Philippines-linked wealth booked offshore with multi-jurisdiction assets. The position operates within a dedicated Philippines team or desk mandate rather than a generic SEA/ASEAN generalist structure.

Key Responsibilities

1. Own and develop front-office relationships for Filipino HNW/UHNW clients booked in Hong Kong: acquisition, deepening, retention, and intergenerational wealth continuity
2. Build and grow a portable or rebuildable Philippines-focused client book through referrals, family access, and trusted networks
3. Deliver the full private-bank toolkit with specialist support: discretionary and advisory portfolios, structured products, FX and treasury solutions, credit facilities, Lombard and share-backed lending, deposits, and wealth planning integration (trusts and insurance wrappers)
4. Advise on Philippines onshore versus offshore booking strategies, USD/HKD liquidity preferences, and succession and estate planning themes relevant to Filipino UHNW families
5. Lead comprehensive KYC/AML, suitability assessments, and ongoing client due diligence to Hong Kong private banking standards and cross-border compliance requirements

Skills & Competencies
